About the Project

400 units, 17 storey building

Key Points

  • High rise development, with neighboring properties either side. Protection fans had to be installed whilst working at height and all scaffolders tools where tethered for safety.
  • -Specialist designed hoist tower, erected to a height of 17 story’s, which required 32 scaffold lifts!
  • -Supplied a series of mast climber gantrys at 1st floor level. Each gantry had to be bridged using 750mm deep diamond beams, to increase floor space on the ground.
  • -Logistics had to be pre – booked due to the restrictive nature of the site.
